I’m simply beginning my weight loss journey (again). Been ages since I even tried resulting from having a child then having very bad anemia and associated well being issues. A lot of contributing components in life has made this path of least resistance easier than getting healthy including family issues, loss, funds, depression, yadda yadda. However, I take full accountability for my present weight and looking to do the best I can to get again on track.
